Did it!

Had a fantastic race around Cumbrea this weekend, still a bit hoarse from the shouting I did to urge myself on The Cumbrea regatta is part of Largs racing week, and a mixed fleet event, with everything from Toppers to keelboats taking part. Here’s the report:

I’m set for this weekends Largs racing. Got my new tramps from Dave (Dynamic sails), so will lace them up on saturday to test them, then go and race around Cumbrea island on sunday.

On the edge of control

Got out sailing since ages this weekend, and had a good one! I was out for 5-6 hours on saturday, and spent much of that time being just in control, that should have been a good training run.
